Service Types at Xiaomi Service Center

Choose the service type that suits your needs

There are several types of services provided by each Xiaomi Service Center to meet user repair and support needs. Each service center may offer different services, so it's important for you to understand the function of each service type.

Walk-in

You can visit a service center during business hours to solve your device issues for applicable products. No prior appointment is needed — simply bring your device and speak to a technician on-site.

On-site

You can book a time with the service center for an on-site repair. The engineer will go to the designated location for repair according to the appointed time. This service is generally offered for large-volume devices or customers with mobility limitations.

Mail-in

When you contact the mail-in service center, Xiaomi will offer you a pre-paid shipment label or arrange for your device to be collected via a pick-up courier service. Your product will be repaired at the central repair hub and returned to your address once completed.

Collection Point

A Collection Point acts as a decentralised drop-off location separate from the main Service Center. You can hand your device in at the nearest collection point; it will then be forwarded to the main service hub for repair and returned once the process is complete.
